Sweet Weekend Forecast

Wow. The sunniest, most comfortable weekend forecast since September 2010. A pair of 70 something degrees weather two days back to back and the high temperature for today is near the 70 degree mark making it three days in a row if we do reach that milestone.  We did hit 70 once this year at SeaTac for maybe one or two minutes but this time around we can bask in the 70s.  Man can I keep this up and write 70 in every sentence? Nope. Here is something unbelievable; gmos is forecasting 80 degrees for Sunday! (1pm update) The 12UTC (5am pdt) gmos run is backing down to 79 degrees for Sunday in Seattle, but nam mos another type of mos (I don't think too highly of it because it is better for places without large bodies of water) has Saturday at 80 and Sunday at 83; so there is potential to turn up the heat. If it's too hot in your area, especially in the foothills where offshore winds will push temps in the 80s, head towards the water where they will be nice, cool, and breezy.

This picture was taken yesterday after walking the shuffleboard champion Alex, to the bus stop.  I do have heartbreaking news for sun fans though.  That picture above of cloudy skies will return soon; the sun will go away as fast as it came so make it a great weekend with friends and family and pollen and bugs and books.
